Sorry to be boring but... It's a sad fact, but there are those who regard the internet (and indeed the world) as a treasure trove free for their taking. I'm perfectly happy for you to make a private personal copy if you see something you like here, if it's for your own private, non-profit use. To use the material here for any other purpose however, I would very much appreciate it if you asked. International copyright does apply to the internet and everything you find there. To violate this principle is not only illegal, it signifies that such people (I'm sure you're not one of them) have no respect for those whose work they desire. Ultimately this discourages people from either sharing their work or even creating it in the first place. I don't create my artwork or stories in the expectation of making a profit, but I really like to be asked! Email me! |
